Create a Enterprise Tour Management Platform for Accenture

Accenture USA, in collaboration with Stanford University, sought a robust platform to manage enterprise-level tour operations more efficiently. The goal was to enhance customer experiences by reducing manual scheduling efforts and improving communication between staff and participants. They needed a solution that could integrate with their existing infrastructure, automate routine tasks, and provide real-time updates to both employees and clients.

To meet these requirements, we developed a platform using Angular for a responsive and interactive frontend, Sass for design flexibility, and NodeJS for a scalable backend. The platform supports efficient tour scheduling, dynamic customer interaction, and real-time updates, significantly reducing the time and resources needed for managing tours.

The development process followed agile methodologies, ensuring frequent feedback loops with Accenture and Stanford University teams. This collaborative approach allowed us to adapt to evolving needs, enhancing the platform’s functionality and user experience.
