Create a Enterprise Strategy Management Platform for Orgbt

OrgBT, a commercial product, aimed to revolutionize strategic planning for organizations. The client needed a platform that could simplify complex strategy management processes, making it easier for organizations to monitor and adjust their strategic plans in real-time.

Development Process

Developed to elevate strategic planning through balanced scorecards, Org BT enhances organizational planning and performance monitoring. Our approach began with a deep understanding of the client’s needs, aiming to create a platform that simplifies strategic management by implementing balanced scorecards. This process involved carefully defining user roles, core functionalities, and selecting a technological stack that would ensure scalability and reliability.

Using Scrum methodology and principles of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), we created a flexible, iterative development process. This approach enabled continuous client feedback and rapid enhancements to meet evolving needs.

The platform was built as a single-page application (SPA) utilizing AngularJS, Angular-UI, and Bootstrap 3, resulting in a responsive, user-friendly interface that simplifies navigation and facilitates easy monitoring and adjustment of strategic plans.

For the backend, we utilized ASP.NET WebAPI2 and Entity Framework 6 (code-first approach), supported by SQL Server, NInject, and AutoMapper, providing a secure, robust, and scalable solution tailored to handle diverse organizational requirements for strategic management.
